for AzureVoice

By using AzureVoice you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they govern your rights and responsibilities on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzureVoice, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Use of Service

You agree to use AzureVoice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate music rights management activities.
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures.

Accounts & Verification

New accounts are subject to an admin verification process before access is granted. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@azurevoice.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or banned for violations of these terms, submission of inaccurate profile information, improper activities, intellectual property theft, or in response to a legal request.

Intellectual Property

AzureVoice Platform

All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the AzureVoice platform are the exclusive property of AzureVoice and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all music, metadata, and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant AzureVoice a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Your Content & Representations

By uploading content to AzureVoice, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Your content does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information.
  • You have obtained all necessary consents for AI-generated content where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Uploading content you do not own or have rights to
Submitting false DMCA or takedown claims
Attempting to access other users' data
Reverse engineering or scraping the platform
Using the platform to harass or harm others
Circumventing account verification or bans
Automated access without prior written consent
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

Limitation of Liability

AzureVoice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzureVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to AzureVoice in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or applicable laws. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP rights, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
