Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email address, username, performer name, country, and currency preferences provided during registration or profile setup.

Catalog & Content

Song titles, ISRC/ISWC codes, artwork, audio files, artist metadata, and any other content you upload to the platform.

Usage & Activity Logs

Actions performed on the platform including detections reviewed, reports filed, contracts signed, and licenses issued.

Audit Trail Data

Immutable records of all data modifications including actor ID, timestamp, and before/after state for compliance purposes.

Support Communications

Messages, tickets, and correspondence submitted through the in-app support system.

Financial Information

Bank account details and tax identification numbers provided for royalty disbursements. Stored encrypted.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the AzureVoice platform.
  • To detect and report unauthorized use of your music across digital platforms.
  • To process royalty claims and manage catalog metadata.
  • To facilitate contract creation, signing, and management.
  • To issue and track licenses with embedded audio fingerprints.
  • To respond to support requests and resolve disputes.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase for database and auth) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AzureVoice, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. You will be notified in advance.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Row-Level Security (RLS) on all database tables
Role-based access control enforced server-side
All connections encrypted in transit (TLS)
Sensitive fields (banking, tax) stored encrypted at rest
Immutable audit log for all data changes
Admin verification queue for new accounts

Your Rights

Data Retention
